Market access package
Producer assessment, appointment and registration as your authorised representative, EPR registration and affiliation with an approved organisation. Everything needed to be lawfully registered in Sweden.
SEK 54,750 separately SEK 47,250
The annual representative fee applies from year one and is not discounted. We reduce the cost of getting set up, not the cost of the work that follows.
Work charged on a time basis
Enforcement correspondence, disputes about classification, packaging portfolios large enough that an audit cannot be scoped in advance, and advice on matters outside the PPWR are charged at SEK 2,900 per hour against an estimate agreed before we begin.
What the fees exclude
Fees exclude Swedish VAT. For business customers outside Sweden, VAT is generally accounted for by the customer under the reverse charge mechanism, which means most of our clients pay the figure shown.
EPR fees payable to a producer responsibility organisation are set by that organisation and depend on your volumes, materials and recyclability grade. They are paid by you directly and are not included above. Authority fees are charged at cost.
Laboratory testing, recyclability certification and recycled content verification are carried out by accredited bodies and invoiced separately by them.
Currency
All fees are stated in SEK. We can invoice in EUR, GBP or USD on request, converted at the exchange rate applicable on the date of invoice.
Before we accept an engagement
We carry out client due diligence before taking on any client, and particularly before accepting an appointment where we act towards Swedish authorities on your behalf. We also need volume data we can rely on. Where you cannot provide it, we will say so before quoting rather than discovering it in March.
