What to include
A useful first message answers four things: what you sell, where your company is established, how the goods reach Swedish buyers, and roughly what volume of packaging that represents. That is normally enough for us to say whether you are the producer, whether you need a representative, and what it will cost.
If a deadline has already passed
Producers regularly reach us after discovering they should have registered in August. That is fixable, and the sooner it is addressed the better the position. Say so in your first message and we will treat it as urgent.
